1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The return request must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the order.

Perishable goods, opened packages, or customized orders cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

If eligible, you will need to ship the product back to us at your own expense.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged product).

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 2 days with photos of the product and packaging. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund.
5. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
